I visited this shop following a mastectomy & needed new bras. Louise was so helpful in finding the right bra for me- nothing was too much trouble. She brought out quite a few for me to try on until she (& I) were satisfied with the fit & style. The bra chosen is so pretty that I now have it in various colours. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who has undergone a mastectomy.

I love this store. I've bought bras from here before, they are still in really good condition but I needed a larger size.
Having moved away and in need of some new bras I went to a large high street chain and purchased several. For the first time I understood the joy of taking your bra off at the end of the day. They were cheaper but so uncomfortable!
Being back in the area I decided to pop in. Service was great and I left with some beautiful bras. They are more expensive but I'd rather have 2 or 3 good quality bras that I can wear all day everyday than loads of uncomfortable ones. If it means that I don't have desire to take it off the second I walk through the door, then it's worth every penny.
All of my high street ones will be donated but were such a waste of money and I wish that I'd just gone for better quality from the beginning..
I'll definitely be back!

I visited this shop in November for a fitting and possible purchase. On arrival I was warmly and professionally greeted and just had to wait a few minutes to be seen as both fitters were with clients .This gave me a chance to look around the displays.
There is a good display of lingerie and swimming costumes as well as accessories which range in price. The shop is well stocked but the staff can order items too which arrive quickly.
I needed a specialist bra with insert pockets and my fitter was empathetic and made me feel at ease which is something I have not experienced at department stores. I was very pleased with my purchase and ordered a couple more bras.
I went in a little trepidations and feeling frumpy but left feeling more like my old self and more feminine. My posture changed straight away!
I highly recommend this local business and I look forward to returning .

I went in to to be measured for a maternity bra and the lady who did it for me was absolutely lovely. The experience wasn't awkward at all, she was friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and has fitted me with the most comfortable bra I've had since becoming pregnant. I was able to buy two maternity bras that are comfy and fit like a dream but are also pretty and look great on me.
They didn't try and sell me products I didn't need or pressure me into buying more and gave great advice on when to get fitted for a nursing bra.
I've had a few issues with bigger chain stores and being measured inaccurately recently and the selection not being great for the larger sizes so this was a lovely experience for once.
I noticed there were some really beautiful nightwear and lingerie sets on display as well so will definitely be returning when I need a post partum pick me up!

I am delighted with my purchases and so pleased to find underwear which fits so perfectly although being a larger lady. Have never had the confidence to go and get fitted before but finally did it today and couldn’t have had a better experience. The ladies were so lovely and put me completely at ease, am finally wearing the right size and can’t believe how comfortable the bras are, they have a huge selection and will be visiting again very soon! Visited this lovely shop the other day in Banstead. Owner was very helpful, was told that I was wearing the wrong size bra! , lots of beautiful bras to choose from the wide range available and chose four bras Very pleased with my new bras. Highly recommend this place.

My sister treated me to a D, Barz bar it was the best bra I've ever worn. After years of being uncomfortable I didn't know I was wearing it. A bit more expensive but worth every penny. They are the nicest ladies nothing to much trouble now wouldn't go anywhere else.

Really great experience. Went here for a fitting, no appointment needed. Saw me right away. Made me feel comfortable and explained every step so I knew what to expect. After measuring, brought in the right size cup made such a difference already, needed the next back size up but was amazing how quickly Louise managed to get it right!
Decided to keep the one I was trying on and Louise kindly put my old one in a bag
Truly great service especially if you are anxious about these things like I am.
Right size made usch a difference in my back posture and my shape looks so much better.

Went to D’Braz today after reading great reviews. They stock a wide range of quality items. Had a bra fitting with Louise who provided excellent customer service taking time to help me and after fitting me correctly, and trying a few styles, I walked out feeling so much better! I highly recommend this shop. They understand the value of personal service. I walked out with a pretty and supportive new bra on, with another bra and a sports bra on order!

the nicest shop ever!! they’re also so knowledgable, i’ve had so many bra fittings from other places and i’ve never had a bra that properly fits until i came to this place, within five minutes i had a properly fitting bra. they have so many styles and the staff are so friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend going

Bra shopping is my least favourite kind of shopping so I try to do it on-line but fail and end up sending it all back! What I needed was help, I needed a lingerie shop where they know their stuff…. a friend suggested D’braz in Banstead, now I’m asking “Why haven’t I been here before?” Amazing customer service and I literally bought the first bra I tried on.. this has changed the way I think about shopping for a bra and I will most definitely be back… they sell so much more than bras too! Visited here probably 6/7 years ago for a fitting and the staff were amazing. Left with the perfect bra after never having a good fitting bra.
Visited again today as I've been in poorly fitted bras for years since my pregnancy. I had messaged last night (gone 8pm on a Sunday!) expecting my message to get picked up in the morning but to my surprise had a response within half an hour asking for my number so staff could call me in the morning to discuss my questions. I hadn't had a chance to reply and had another message this morning from the member of staff who'd phoned the store to speak to todays staff to confirm if what I needed was in stock, and it was. Arrived an hour or so after to be greeted by the most lovely lady, made me feel so at ease and had me in the most comfortable bra within minutes. She had me trying several on to compare and told me she could order more in for me as some weren't in stock in my size. Unfortunately I am flying out the country on weds and needed bras ASAP but I walked out with EXACTLY what I wanted and will be visiting again once I'm back so I can get some more bras. I walked out the shop with my new bra on and still have it on 12 hours later and it is so comfortable yet completely supportive and it has made such a difference to my posture and figure. Absolutely wonderful two ladies working today so thank you very much. Will see you again soon :D

Lovely friendly staff, who not only made me feel great, but helped me buy some lovely pieces I wouldn’t have normally gone for, for my night with my husband at The Shard (special!!!). They gave me a lot of time, confirmed I’m wearing the wrong bra size & gave me the confidence to buy some slightly risqué bits, which my husband is guaranteed to be happy about. The ladies at D’Braz were fantastic, couldn’t do more to help me! I went in with no bras because my cheap ones broke and I left feeling completely new! My bras fit perfectly! It’s almost like they look at you and know what size or cup or style suits you best! So happy and can’t wait to go back for swimwear.

Went to get measured for a bra today with a friend as I had never been measured before, two lovely ladies showed us to the individual changing rooms and straight away without being measured one of the ladies brought a bra in to me, there was no embarrassing moments or anything it was really comfortable. The first bra that she brought in was one of the bras that I ended up taking home, the fit was perfect. These ladies know their job!! And I was so surprised at the price also, it didn't brake the bank!. I will be back to buy some more, I cannot believe it feels like I'm not wearing a bra and it's so pretty too. I must remember not everyone wants me to lift up my top to show them my new perfectly fitted bra though 🤣🤣
