Collect your order in store at no extra cost.
Once your order is packed, you’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know it’s ready to collect.
When collecting, simply give your name and order number to a member of our team.

Sales Tax & Duties
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to custom taxes or import duties.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are payable upon delivery.
Please check with your local customs office for details, as duties must be paid before goods can be released.
Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your order for a full refund within 28 days of dispatch.
- Items must be new, unworn, clean, and with all tags attached.
- Underwear must be tried on over your own lingerie.
- We cannot accept returns that show signs of wear, odour, or damage.
- Return postage is the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked, insured postal service.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once complete. Please allow an additional 3–4 days for your bank to process the refund.
