Gift Vouchers are non returnable and non refundable.

SHIPPING:

UK mainland (delivery to Channel Islands, Northern Ireland & Isle of Man not available)

All orders will be sent out within 3 working days and posted with Royal Mail First Class

Please expect a longer shipping time frame during sales and holiday periods.

RETURNS Of GOODS:

Unsatisfied with your order, no problem. You can return your items to us for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility. We cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit. The buyer will be responsible for the items arrival back to D'braz and should any issues occur with the shipping provider it is the buyers responsibility to chase up the parcel. 

All items must be returned with tags, unworn and in resaleable condition. Once we receive the returned item(s), the card you originally made payment with will be credited.

Please allow 14 working Days for refund to be processed.
